For Australia orders, we offer a $10 flat rate shipping fee and a FREE shipping for orders over $80 !

For International orders, please refer below table as a guide for the shipping fee. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For International shipment, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. STEP ONE ACTIVE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Average Delivery Time (within Australia): 3-5 Business Days

Average Delivery Time (International): Approx 9-25 Business Days

Note: Due to COVID-19 safe requirements, postal offices may experience delivery delays.

RETURN POLICY

Step One Active offers a 30-day return/exchange policy on all items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us for exchange or refund.

All customers intending to request for return/exchange must send an email to contact@steponeactive with the following information
- Subject: Request for Return/Exchange
- Name
- Order Number
- Type of request: Return/Exchange
- Reason for Return/Exchange
Item must be returned within 30 days from the day you've received your order, transit times are not included within this time.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer must bear the cost of returning the items.
Once we've received your item, you'll receive an email confirming what action has been taken.
Returned item(s) must be unused.
Step One Active reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange or refund request.
